PLAN POLICY / IN DEVELOPMENT

Two one-time inventory software products

Choose a perpetual License or source-code License Plus. Updates is an optional lifecycle add-on for License, not a standalone product plan.

Draft product policy. FDE IMS is still in development. Every USD amount below is an unapproved candidate pending final international pricing. Final commercial terms and the License Agreement / EULA will be presented before purchasing is enabled.

Internal use ≠ resale or redistribution

01 / PLANS & SCOPE

Choose how you want to own and maintain FDE IMS

License / $349 one-time candidate

Perpetual internal use by one purchasing legal entity. Source code is not included. The first three months of Updates-equivalent service are included.

License Plus / $699 one-time candidate

Planned for perpetual internal use with full source, internal customization, technical documentation, and customer-server/self-hosted operation. Updates are not included.

Each License or License Plus covers the purchasing legal entity. Parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other separate legal entities generally require their own plan.

02 / SOURCE & MODIFICATION

Source-code rights belong to License Plus

License

Source code and source-level modification rights are not included. The optional Updates add-on changes maintenance coverage, not the License source-code rights.

License Plus

  • Inspect, edit, extend, and integrate the full source for internal use
  • Use internally modified versions
  • Use planned build, deployment, database, API, and backup/restore documentation
  • Engage an external developer under confidentiality and the same restrictions
  • Retain copyright, license, rights, and third-party notices

03 / RESTRICTIONS

Rights that no plan grants

Sale and distribution

  • No sale or resale of original or modified versions
  • No unauthorized transfer or sublicensing
  • No redistribution of source code, installers, or product files
  • No copying or sharing intended to bypass plan terms

Publication and third-party access

  • No public repositories, websites, social media, or public file shares
  • No third-party SaaS, rental, hosting, or service-bureau provision of FDE IMS
  • No service that lets third parties use FDE IMS itself

Customers may still use FDE IMS internally while selling their ordinary products or services.

04 / UPDATE RESPONSIBILITY

Each plan assigns maintenance differently

License

FDE provides Updates for months 1–3. Optional continuation is a $31/month USD candidate for months 4–6 and a $62/month USD candidate from month 7. Without it, the perpetual purchased version remains available and the customer manages its environment.

License Plus

The customer manages source changes, functionality, compatibility, and security. The License Updates add-on is not included or available for Plus.

05 / CONTINUATION

Planned Updates add-on rules for License

License Updates schedule

Months 1–3 are included. Continuing requires an explicit opt-in at the $31/month USD candidate price for months 4–6 and $62/month from month 7. The purchased version remains available if Updates is not continued.

No standalone Updates purchase

Updates can only be added to License. It is not a third product plan, does not start automatically, and does not change the License source-code or perpetual-use rights.

06 / RIGHTS & NOTICES

Branding and intellectual property

For License Plus internal modifications, changes to the logo, name, or UI are not planned to be categorically prohibited. Intellectual-property ownership is not transferred, required notices must remain, and customers may not claim that the original FDE IMS was independently developed by them.

07 / AI, OSS & THIRD PARTY

Separate terms still apply

License Plus source code may be used with internal AI coding tools only where submitted code is contractually or technically excluded from third-party model training. FDE IMS code may not be used for model training, fine-tuning, public datasets, or training intended to reproduce a similar product. OSS and third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Customer-server/self-hosted operation and multi-site architecture are planned for License Plus but remain in development. Deployment, hosting, backups, incident response, support SLA, tax, refunds, migration, and delivery details remain under review and are not promised by this page.
